Some quick notes about the early build of my ticketing schedule:
- Costs on tickets add up
- Strangely I got the same seats for the Yankees and the Red Sox games
- Damn, parking is like another $3 per game
- Going with cheap seats for all games except opening weekend because that'll be the Opening Day the family gets to come to and the first White Sox-Rangers game as it was last year. For those who don't know Gates is a huge White Sox fan and last year we got $45 seats for free from some awesome lady. I'm hoping the Rangers will sweep them again this year.
- This is by far not the only games I'm going to. There's still the impromptu games we'll go see. Mainly these games were promotions and on weekends so those are primo tickets.
- Gates and I are going to try and come up with our own unique Ranger fan thing to do a la the guys with drums at the Indians games.
- I will attend a game where the Rangers sweep another team and I will finally be able to take a BROOM! :-)
